When the driver gets to the destination to inspect the item before you sign for any paperwork.

If you see any DAMAGE, please write damage anywhere above the signature section. If no damage is written on the paper we will not be able to cover a replacement or partial refund.

The additional fee will be charged under the below special service:

• Inside delivery (Around $40) – If your shipping address is a commercial area but a loading dock is not available at your delivery site, please contact our sales representative and request inside delivery for this charge at a discounted price.
• Limited Access (Around $154) – Any destination that restricts trucks from entering an area. This includes any place that Is not open to the general walk-in public during normal business hours. For example, camp sites, Stadium, churches, construction sites, Fairs, Military Bases, and Schools. Please contact our sales representative and request for Limited Access for this charge at a discounted price.
• Missed appointment/Reschedule appointment – rescheduling fee, storage fee, and redelivery fees that occur due to missing the original appointment.

Acknowledgement
I acknowledged that if the item is damaged and I do not write damage on the form given by the driver upon delivery, Skull Krushers will not be responsible for any damages on the package.

I also acknowledged that I do not want any special service listed. If additional service was requested and singed for during shipment, I will have to pay for the additional charges.

We will send this agreement to you by emails or texts, please confirm “You have read and agree all of terms”. If Skull Krushers didn’t receive any response back within 48 hours your order will be cancelled, and we will issue a full refund to you.
